Peer Review Process

Manuscript submitted to the Journal of Analytical Research, Statistic, and Computation (JARSIC) will be evaluated through two review parts. These parts are pre-review and substance review.  The pre-review of the article is aimed at reviewing the conformity of the manuscript with the journal focus and scope as well as the journal style and specific JARSIC writing guidelines. The journal editor will check the plagiarism level using Turnitin to ensure this article has not been published. If a manuscript has over 20% of plagiarism based on the result Turnitin check, we will send back the manuscript to the author to be revised for the plagiarised contents. Only original and previously unpublished manuscripts will be considered for review.

After the manuscripts passed the pre-review stage, the manuscript will be reviewed by at least two independent referees who are experts in the related area. This journal uses the Double-Blind Peer Review Process, where the duration of review is 3-10 weeks.

The editor evaluates the recommendation and notifies the author of the manuscript status:

  • Accepted for publication
  • Accepted for publication with minor changes
  • Accepted for publication after re-review, or
  • Rejected.

Comments from reviewers and editors will be sent to the author. The author immediately responds and corrects as suggested by reviewers and editors no later than 2 weeks after the author receives an email from the editor team.

Material which has been previously copyrighted, published, or accepted for publication will not be considered for publication in the journals.  The review process will ensure that all authors have equal opportunity for publication of their papers.
